Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings (15 to 16)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. chili sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
    1 clove garlic
    4 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Cut wings at joint.
    Wash.
    Pat dry on paper towel.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange wings in single layer in marinade.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven until tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
