Wild Cherry Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. water
2 gal. wild cherries
4 lb. white sugar

Preparation

Put all cherries through meat grinder, then add water and sugar.
Ferment in stoneware container for 20 days.
Strain; add more sugar if needed. Ferment for another 3 weeks before serving.
