Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 large onion, diced fine
    1/4 c. celery, diced fine
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place meat in deep roaster.
    Add water and cook until tender enough to shred meat into bite size pieces.
    Then add diced onion and celery.
    Put all three back into roaster.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
