Cheddar Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    5 c. potatoes, peeled and sliced (about 5)
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
    Stir in flour until smooth.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Add salt and cheeses.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Add potatoes.
    Stir gently to mix.
    Place in a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
