Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen or 2 (1 lb.) cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick margarine, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
Ritz crackers
Preparation

If using frozen mixed vegetables, cook, then drain.
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
