"Brunch" Cheesecake(Makes 16 To 20 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. warm milk (105~ to `115~)
2 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter or oleo
4 egg yolks, beaten
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in warm milk; let stand until foamy (5 to 10 minutes).
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
With pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add 4 egg yolks to yeast mixture and stir until blended.
Stir into flour mixture until well blended; set aside.
