Golden Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers, seeded
    2 c. frozen French-style green beans
    2 c. frozen baby lima beans
    2 c. frozen green peas
    2 c. whipped cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. cheese (1/2 Parmesan and 1/2 shredded Cheddar cheese, packed)
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut green peppers into thin strips and blanch in saucepan of boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes.
    To destroy bitter flavor, place peppers and other vegetables in layers in a heavily buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
