Basic Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. mashed bananas (3 bananas)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Add and mix well by hand the first 7 ingredients.
Add last bananas and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 or so minutes.
Test doneness with broomstraw or cake tester.
For best moistness, only a few small crumbs should stick to tester wire.
