Crispy Chicken Bits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boned and skinned chicken
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
30 whole wheat crackers, finely crushed
Preparation

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut in 1-inch pieces.
In plastic bag, combine flour, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, to seasoned flour mix. Close bag and shake to coat pieces well.
