Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    4 eggs
    vanilla pudding
Preparation
    Bring shortening and water to a boil. Add flour and salt quickly and stir constantly until mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat with mixer, adding eggs 1 at a time and beating until smooth after each addition. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Fill, either by cutting off top of each puff or with pastry bag, with vanilla pudding. Frost with chocolate icing.
