White Mountain Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. nuts (optional)
1/4 c. mixed candy fruits (optional)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In saucepan, combine milk, syrup and salt.
Cook until forms a soft ball in water.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter and vanilla.
Cool slightly.
Beat well.
Add nuts and/or fruits. Pour into well buttered pan.
Cut into squares.
