Fish, Chicken Or Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fish, boneless chicken or veal fillets
    breading mix
    favorite jar or own marinara sauce
    Parmesan cheese
    Provolone cheese slices
Preparation
    Bread meat or fish as desired.
    Either bake in oven or deep fry until tender.
    Top with favorite marinara sauce, followed by Parmesan cheese, Provolone cheese and a little more sauce.
    Return to oven until the cheese melts.
    Serve with a side order of angel hair pasta, topped with marinara sauce.
