Apple Butter(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. apples
3/4 c. apple juice (unsweetened)
1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
5 tsp. or 16 pkg. Equal
Preparation
-
Peel and core apples; cut in chunks.
Simmer in apple juice with spices for 15 minutes.
Cool and puree.
Simmer again until desired consistency.
Stir in sweetener.
