Blueberry Banana Muffins(Yields 1 Dozen Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 bananas, mashed (1 c.)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Mix in bananas and milk.
    In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add margarine mixture to dry ingredients; mix only until moist.
    Stir in whole blueberries.
    If adding frozen ones, add them to your mixture while still frozen.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling cup to top.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
    Let cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.
