Potatoes Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    3 green onions, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes in skins.
    Cool, peel and shred on coarse grater.
    Combine cheese and 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan. Heat and stir until cheese is almost melted.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Fold in potatoes. Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
