Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 c. solid packed pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts), chopped
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt together in a large bowl.
    Set aside.
    Then in a large bowl, mix together oil, sugars, pumpkin and eggs.
    Then add flour mixture, mixing well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 in metal pans or 325\u00b0 in glass pans for 1 hour, covering with foil for the last 20 minutes so it won't get too brown.
