Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
    After it comes to a boil, drain real well.
    Make sauce in large pan.
    Mix sauce with broccoli, lightly, and put in a buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with finely rolled Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
