Tomato Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    sliced onions
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. ground coriander
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. ginger
    4 cloves
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1 c. yogurt (plain)
    3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 whole chicken, cut up, or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
    Add spices.
    Remove garlic.
    Fry chicken in spice mixture for about 30 minutes.
    Add tomatoes; simmer for another 30 minutes.
    Add yogurt just before serving.
