Italian Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. buttermilk baking mix (such as Bisquick)
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (I like to use White Cheddar)
2 Tbsp. dry spaghetti sauce mix
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix until mixture clings together.
Roll into small balls about an inch in diameter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes about 8 doz. sausage balls.
