Apple And Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. peeled, finely sliced apples
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in bowl; add apples, eggs, oil, vanilla and nuts.
    Blend
    together until moistened.
    Pour into greased and floured 13 x
    9-inch
    pan
    and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
