Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in skins until nearly tender.
    Peel and halve.
    Arrange
    in
    greased
    shallow 1 quart baking pan. Combine sugar,
    water, salt and butter; pour over sweet potatoes.
    Bake in\tmoderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, basting occasionally. Sprinkle
    top
    with
    coconut;
    bake
    10 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
