King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled chicken
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. cheese, grated
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Boil chicken; take from bone and cut into bite size pieces. Drop tortillas into chicken broth until limp.
Line bottom of casserole dish with tortillas.
Add chicken in order, chili powder, the cream soup and tomatoes.
Top with cheese.
Bake in 2-quart dish at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
