Kahlua Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. coffee powder
    1/4 c. Kahlua
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg white
    2 tsp. sugar
    chocolate curls
Preparation
    Chill medium bowl and beaters.
    Combine cream and coffee powder in chilled bowl.
    Beat until soft peaks form.
    Add Kahlua and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Beat until stiff peaks form.
    In small bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add 2 teaspoons sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.
    Fold egg white into whipped cream
    mixture.
    Transfer to dessert bowl, cover and chill several hours or overnight.
    Decorate with chocolate curls.
    Chill in a 1 1/2-quart souffle dish if desired.
    Serves 4.
