Chicken Casserole (2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, cooked & cut up bite size
    2 pkg. California mix, blanched
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs, or Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix together soup, mayo, lemon juice and cheese.
    Mix bread crumbs and butter for top of casserole.
    Mix all ingredients together and add sliced mushrooms.\tPour into casserole dish & top with bread crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Can be frozen.
