Crow'S Nest - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
sugar and cinnamon
biscuit mix

Preparation

Cook apples down some, either on top of stove or in microwave. Add sugar and cinnamon, like you would for an apple pie.
Put in cake pan.
Cover apples with biscuit mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
Serve with a mix.
