Potato Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise dressing
2 c. chopped cooked turkey or chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper (each)
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. hot mashed potatoes
Preparation

Cook mushrooms and onion in 2 tablespoons dressing over medium-high
heat.\tAdd
flour
and seasonings.
Gradually add milk,
stirring
until thick.
Stir in 1 cup dressing, turkey, vegetables\tand
1 cup cheese.
Cook 5 minutes.
Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
