Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 to 1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Spread over cooled cake. If mixture is too stiff, add 1 to 4 teaspoons milk until it is smoother and easier to spread.
This icing is perfect for the Red Velvet Cake, Italian Cream Cake and Carrot Cake.
