Apple-Beef Casserole(Dietetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 apple, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain thoroughly.
    Combine beef, apple, onion and sauerkraut and place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Cover with tomato juice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
