Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    6 potatoes
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 tsp. salt
    oil
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and onion; strain.
    Let water stand until starch settles.
    Pour off water, keeping starch.
    Add starch to potatoes.
    Add all other ingredients except oil.
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Brown pancakes well on each side.
    Drain on paper towels and serve.
    Serves 3 to 4.
