Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
    1 can undiluted mushroom soup
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 can onion rings
    pimento (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all, except onion rings.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Cover and bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Uncover and top with onion rings. Brown about five minutes.
