Corn Bread Taco Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 c. water
    1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
    1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onion rings
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients; pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Prepare corn muffin mix except add 1/2 can onion rings.
    Spoon around outer edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and remaining onions.
    Bake 2 or 3 minutes longer.
