Icebox Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. apple cider vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Put cucumbers, onion and green pepper in large airtight container.
    Mix salt, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed together and pour over cucumbers. Set in refrigerator and stir every day for three days or longer if needed.
    Will keep several weeks.
    Must be kept refrigerated.
