Buckeyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. creamy peanut butter, at room temperature
    1 lb. butter, at room temperature
    3 lb. confectioners sugar
    2 pkg. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
    1/2 bar paraffin
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and butter together with confectioners sugar until smooth texture develops.
    Form small balls the size of buckeyes.
    Refrigerate balls.
    Next, melt slowly the chocolate chips and paraffin together in top of double boiler.
    Using a toothpick, dip cold buckeyes into chocolate until 2/3 covered. Let dry on waxed paper.
    Makes about 166 candies.
