Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    15 oz. can whole tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, sliced in strips
Preparation
    Cut steak in long, narrow strips.
    Salt, pepper and flour steak.
    Brown in small amount of oil.
    Drain oil and add tomatoes, onions and peppers.
    Cook until tender, about 40 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 6.
