Crunchy Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 c. Quaker 100% Natural Cereal (brown box)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat together the brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
    Blend egg, milk and vanilla. Add combined flour, baking soda and salt.
    Mix well.
    Stir in cereal.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
    Remove to wire cooling rack.
    Store in loosely covered container.
