Sausage Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. browned loose sausage (hot and/or sweet)
3 eggs (reserve 1 egg yolk)
1/4 c. diced pepperoni
1/2 c. diced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1 small pizza dough
Preparation

Combine browned sausage, eggs, pepperoni, cheeses and parsley. Roll pizza dough in rectangle shape.
Place mixture lengthwise down center of dough.
Fold back over, then tuck in ends.
Fold front over. Roll onto cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Using reserved egg yolk, brush over crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Slice and serve warm or cold as appetizer.
