Cheese Chile Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small jar sliced pimentos, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
    1 small can chopped black olives, drained
    2 lb. loaf Velveeta cheese, room temperature
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Roll Velveeta between 2 pieces wax paper until about 1/2-inch thick.
    Spread cream cheese mixture on top of Velveeta.
    Roll like a jelly roll.
    Keep cold until about 20 minutes before serving.
    Serve with crackers. Makes large roll.
