Oysters Mosca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 doz. oysters and liquid
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 clove garlic, chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 stick butter
2 tsp. parsley
2 stalks celery
salt and pepper
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and garlic in butter; add seasoning and oysters.
When edges curl, add liquid, then fold in bread crumbs. Put in casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or buttered bread crumbs or both.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
