Junior'S Bacon Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh green beans
3 strips bacon (uncooked), sliced julienne style
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. soy sauce (optional)
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

In medium-large frying pan add oil and bacon; cook over medium-high until bacon is half cooked, then add fresh green beans and stir-fry for 5 to 8 minutes.
Add garlic salt and soy sauce; stir-fry for 3 to 4 more minutes.
After 8 to 12 minutes, beans are ready to be served.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
