Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs
    1 bottle red food coloring
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and beat well.
    Mix cocoa and food coloring together; add to sugar mixture.
    Beating well, add flour alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and beat until blended.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour into three 9-inch cake pans lined with greased wax paper sprinkled with flour (can make 4 layers).
