Turkey-Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. instant rice
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked, diced turkey
    1 small pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Combine soup, 1/2 cup water, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Blend 1 cup soup mixture, remaining water, rice, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and salt in buttered 2-quart casserole. Top with turkey. Combine remaining soup mixture with broccoli.
    Pour over turkey and sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over top. Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
