Hot Chicken Salad And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
    1 c. frozen peas
    pinch of salt and garlic salt
    2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. bacon, cooked and chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine cooked chicken, celery, chestnuts, rice and peas.
    Add salt, garlic salt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
    Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with bacon and cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    May prepare the night before.
    Serves 8.
