Swedish Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Use a 6 cup casserole.
    Cook rice and cool.
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, salt, vanilla, evaporated milk and milk.
    Mix well. Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    (Will set when cool.)
