Spinach Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 frozen patty shells
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Thaw patty shells, roll out to fit a 10-inch pie plate.
    Cook spinach; drain well.
    Combine eggs and Cheddar cheese; beat well. Stir in spinach and onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Turn in shell and top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
