Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can (10 1/2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    1 cup croutons or bread crumbs
    1/2 cup (6 slices) American cheese, cubed or cut in to smaller pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook broccoli as directed and drain well. Add soup, egg, mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper to broccoli and pour into a 2-quart casserole which has been buttered. Toss butter and croutons together and sprinkle over broccoli. Bake for 45 minutes.
