Chocolate Coated Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. corn syrup
3 Tbsp. butter
3 sq. chocolate
5 c. popcorn

Preparation

Boil sugar, water, corn syrup and chocolate together until it reaches hard ball stage (about 254\u00b0).
Pour slowly over popped corn in a large bowl.
Mix quickly. Butter hands and quickly shape into balls. Makes about 12 balls.
