Low-Cal Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. dried milk or 1 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. dry onion or 1 med. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Pour off excess fat.
