Corn Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler, cut into serving pieces
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. very fine corn flake crumbs
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix the crumbs and seasonings together.
    Dip chicken in the milk and roll in the crumb mixture until well coated.
    Place in a shallow foil-lined baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This is an easy way to cook chicken for a large group.
