Ziti With Sausage And Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ziti
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, casing removed
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat butter and oil in large frying pan.
Add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
Add sausage and cook, crumbling with fork, for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Reduce heat to low and add cream, salt and pepper.
Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens; do not boil.
