Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh chopped peaches
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 peach for garnish
    1/3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Place peaches in crust.
    Combine 1 cup sugar. 1/3 cup flour and salt.
    Add eggs and sour cream, stirring until well blended. Spoon over peaches.
    Combine sugar and 1/2 cup flour; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or golden brown.
    Us sliced peach to garnish.
